How many coaching sessions do I need?

It depends on you. You might feel that 3-5 sessions are enough or you may find a full 10-session protocol more aligned with what you are looking for. We can discuss together to see what is the right fit for you.

How frequent should my coaching sessions be?

I usually recommend one session a week but we can discuss together to find a rhythm that’s right for you.

Who are coaching sessions for?

Anyone on a wellness or fertility journey.

Are coaching sessions in person or remote?

Sessions are held online over Zoom.

What language are the coaching sessions in?

English or French.

What is your cancellation/refund policy for sessions?

What are your credentials?

I am a certified Holistic Health Coach (through Institute for Integrative Nutrition), a certified RNCP Level III sophrologist (through École Française Supérieure de Sophrologie) and a certified Fertile Body Method Practitioner (through Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer). I am also a certified NLP (neurolinguistic programming) Practitioner, a certified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Practitioner, and have 15 years of professional experience as a creative writer. In addition, I have an MBA in international marketing and a BA (Hons) in French language and literature.
