I create personalised wellness and fertility coaching programs using a combination of the below holistic coaching practices

SOPHROLOGY

Sophrology can help us get to the core of what we need by pushing out what isn't serving us and making room for the good stuff. Tapping into our resourceful energy and opening ourselves up to our imagination can help us prepare for what's to come. 

MEDITATION

Meditation is where the quiet is, where the mind rests, where the thoughts pause. Treating ourselves to slowing down brings us back to the present moment. In that stillness, we can reconnect with our intuition and inner knowing.  

MBSR

Mindful-based stress reduction (MBSR) helps us respond instead of react. Being mindful of our presence is a challenge. On our journeys, we tend to be more in stressed out mode than in the peace of the now. This takes us out of our heads and into the space of the moment. 

NLP

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a look into our thought patterns, self-talk, belief systems and habits and how they make us feel. Changing inner communication, perceptions and behaviour that don't feel good is a way to create new neural pathways toward self-compassion, self-love and self-awareness. 

MIND-BODY CONNECTION

The Fertile Body Method is an integrative approach to well-being and fertility that looks at the communication between the mind and body. The idea is to restore mind-body balance and harmony through the support of our thought processes and the way we feel. 

CREATIVE WRITING

We might journal about our thoughts, fears, worries, doubts, questions. We might pour our hearts into a handwritten letter. Or we might write positive affirmations. Creativity helps us release what's in our hearts and heads. It gets the energy moving and flowing again. 

INNER NOURISHMENT

Inner nourishment is about all aspects of food. Like food shopping, our kitchen cupboards, so-called "diets", real food vs processed food, diversity, cravings and how to deconstruct them, intuitive eating and gut health. Here the idea is to explore what feels right for us and our body.  

OUTER NOURISHMENT

Outer nourishment is about what we let into our environment. Such as the people we hang out with, things we do in our spare time, our sense of purpose, physical movement, our spiritual practice and the air we breathe. Diving into our lifestyle is a key factor in self-fulfillment.
