Emotions and infertility

What are the chances of getting pregnant after 40? What are the top 10 tips for ttc? How can you boost your fertility? Ways to conceive faster? If you're sick of scouring the internet and need a break, maybe my fertility coaching is for you.

With the help of your medical professional, you can hopefully get the medical diagnosis, advice and treatment that may be right for you, depending on where you are in your fertility journey.

But if you're also perusing the internet for other kinds of parallel support, it can be a confusing place.

Any quick search on Google will give you an idea of some of the answers out there. The statistics, diets, books, tips, supplements, herbal teas, you name it. There is so much online information available, it's difficult to know what's what.

I've read a number of articles entitled, "How to get pregnant after 40" or "How to enhance your fertility" and have felt a spectrum of emotions about them ranging from excited, hopeful, sceptical, doubtful and dismissive.

Why? I think because after 7 years of trying to conceive, I often found them over-promising and overly simple. In my personal experience, things are not so black and white.

Of course to someone else, at their point in their journey, such articles could be hugely helpful, I really hope they are. But if they aren't, feelings of lesser than and not enough can be triggered.

Where do all those feelings go when you're running from one appointment to the next? When you're trying not to get fired? When you're attending your friend's baby shower?

Feelings matter on this journey

That's why I wanted my fertility coaching to allow you to take time out from the confusion of online information overload. Time out to drop down from your mind to your heart.

Meant as a complement to what you're no doubt already doing, my fertility coaching creates space for your heart. Where your feelings are given the time and space to breathe and be heard. Where you can recharge in a supportive environment of compassion and authenticity.

Caring for how you feel is a good way to keep taking that next step

At Leaning into feeling, I help clients reconnect with their feelings, giving them the tools to keep moving onwards.

In the world of infertility, it's often about being super organised and having a fertility plan. But slowing down, even just for a moment, can be so beneficial.

My fertility coaching guides clients through all kinds of feelings, helping to release stagnant energy and tune into the holistic practices that bring relief. My hope is to empower my clients through feeling to help make their fertility journey that little bit softer.

If our paths should cross, it would be a pleasure to be there for you.
