Infertility and going through IVF is one of the most challenging things for your mind, body and spirit to go through. Having gone through 7 rounds of IVF, I know how it feels.

When emotions hit with IVF, they can hit hard. We can shut them out as much as we want but they eventually find their way in. So working with them instead of against them is where I can help.
Of course, if your IVF goes well and is successful first time then the topic of emotional support may not come up.
But if you've already gone through IVF and had it fail or suffered a loss, then those tough emotions can start rearing their heads.
There can be an element of fear, doubt and sometimes anger that takes a front row seat to consequent IVF cycles.
I know because I used to serve them popcorn
Having an outlet for your emotions by sharing them is a weight off your shoulders. As an IVF and fertility coach with IVF experience myself, it would be an honour to be that emotional outlet and emotional support system for you.
No need to censor yourself with me. You can tell it how it is, how it feels. Our conversations can be as raw as you want. As detailed as you want. What matters to me is that you feel seen, heard and understood.
You may want to share your high points, your ups and downs, your frustrations, your doubt, your hope and hopefully your joy.
You may want to release heavy, stagnant emotions if and when you are ready.
You may want to talk about what you've been bottling up from years of IVF.

If that means texting me from the waiting room, I'm in.
If that means booking a last-minute session the night before your embryo transfer, I'm in.
If that means regular sessions throughout your 2 week wait, I'm all in.
I will look at what's causing you stress, worry and anxiety and piece together a personalised IVF support program for you.
Over time, the idea is to build a toolbox of holistic practices that bring you a sense of relief. A toolbox of resources that you can dip in and out of as you like, beyond our sessions together. Maybe even beyond your IVF cycle.
